It has begun – the dreaded house renovation! And no sadly, we’re not using Chip and JoAnna Gaines.

We’re taking out the back porch/patio area and converting to an enclosed sunroom. It will add an extra 500 square feet to our small vintage 1926 Tudor in Kessler Park. Downsizing is good, but I really need some space for my grand piano.

We’ll also be changing the color and re-painting the entire outside of the house.
